My Wi-Fi is slow — what should I check first?

Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plugging back in. If it's still slow, run a speed test at fast.com and compare it to your package speed. If the speed is significantly below what you're paying for, contact your ISP and let us know — we can help investigate.

Some rooms have no Wi-Fi signal — can NetConn Pro help?

Yes. Dead zones are usually caused by walls, distance from the router, or interference. We can survey your property and recommend additional access points or a mesh system to give you full coverage.

My CCTV app isn't showing a live view — what should I do?

Check that your recorder is powered on and connected to your network. Try restarting the app, and if the issue persists, reboot the recorder. If it still doesn't connect, contact us — it may be a port forwarding or DNS issue we can resolve remotely.

How do I get a new device set up on my network?

Most devices just need your Wi-Fi password to connect. If you're having trouble connecting a smart home device, TV, or console, book a call with us and we can walk you through it or schedule a visit.

Is the support agent download safe?

Yes. The support agent is a remote access tool we use to diagnose and fix issues on your device during a live support call. It only runs when you open it and only with your permission. Never download or run it unless you are in an active call with a NetConn Pro engineer.
